However, If you have an immediate repair need, that you'd like us to come out to quote and service on the same day, we do require a minimum service charge of $135.00 per visit. This covers travel, setup, and ensures we can provide professional, reliable service—even for smaller jobs. The $135.00 acts as a minimum job fee and is applied toward the total cost of the project during that visit. Depending on the scope of work needed, the final project cost may be higher than the $135.00 minimum. We’ll always provide a clear price before work begins. This helps cover our time, transportation, and professional tools while allowing us to serve clients efficiently and fairly—whether it’s a small fix or a more involved home improvement project. If you are unsure whether your task fits within the minimum, feel free to reach out—we're happy to clarify. Larger projects are estimated on a per-project basis, and most will require a deposit to secure scheduling. We accept payments via Cash, Check, Credit Card and Zelle.

In most cases, your estimate will include labor, materials, and disposal fees to complete your project from start to finish.
